1. What information does JMedia collect from you?
In order to better provide you with our products and services, our
Site collects two types of information about its visitors: Personally
Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide
you with a smooth, efficient and customized experience while using
our Site.
Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that
lets us know the specifics of who you are. This information might
include your name, company, and title, mailing address, telephone
number; fax number, email address and other identification and contact
information. We may gather any Personally Identifiable Information
that you voluntarily disclose to us, for instance, when you register
to receive Email Alerts, or contact us to inquire about career opportunities,
to ask us questions or to provide us feedback by filling out one of
our online contact information forms.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information
that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather
certain information about you based upon what pages of our Site you
visit in several ways. This information is compiled and analyzed on
both a personal and an aggregated basis. This information may include
the Web site's Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") that you just came
from, which URL you next go to, what browser you are using, and your
Internet Protocol ("IP") address. A URL is the global address of documents
and other resources on the World Wide Web. An IP address is an identifier
for a computer or device on a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet
Protocol ("TCP/IP") network, such as the World Wide Web. Networks
use the TCP/IP protocol to route information based on the IP address
of the destination. In other words, an IP address is a number that
is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing
the Web, allowing Web servers to locate and identify your computer.
Computers require IP addresses in order for users to communicate on
the Internet, browse and conduct transactions.
2. Where do we collect information from you and how do we use it?
Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide
our visitors with a superior online experience. We may perform statistical
analyses of aggregate visitor behavior. This allows us to measure
relative visitor interest in the various areas of our Site for product
development purposes. Any information we collect is used for our own
internal purposes to improve the content of our Site, to enhance visitors'
experiences when visiting our Site, to customize the content and/or
layout of our pages, and to provide the services required by an individual
visitor.
We gather information in the following ways: Email Alerts: You can
register with us to receive email alerts, regarding JMedia.
In order to register for email alerts you must submit your email
address to info@jmedia.com so
that we can send you these periodic updates regarding JMedia.

to request information about our opportunities, products, services,
or other related information. In order to contact us through our Contact
Us sections we ask for certain contact information from you, including
your name, company, title, mailing address, telephone number, fax
number and email address. We gather this information, and any comments
or feedback that you submit along with it in order to contact you
and so that we may understand our visitors' interests and to address
questions about our services and product and our site.
Contact Information and Third Party Data: If you contact us by telephone,
email or letter, or through our Contact Us form, whether to obtain
information about a product, to submit a resume for employment, or
for any other reason, we may keep a record of your correspondence
or comments. If you report a problem with our Site, we may collect
such information in a file specific to you. If you contact us by

our office, we ask for your name, email address and other contact
information in order to send you a reply. If other users or third
parties send us correspondence about your activities on our Site,
we may keep the information in a file specific to you. This information
will not be turned over to any third parties unless JMedia
determines it is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply our Terms
and Conditions of Use ("Terms and Conditions") or to protect the
rights, property and safety of our users, others and ourselves,
or (ii) is
required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to do so.
IP Addresses: We collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration,
to gather broad demographic information to monitor the level of activity
on our Site. We collect information from visitors to our Site regarding
the referring URL, your IP address, which browser you used to come
to the Site, the country, state and telephone area code where your
server is located, the pages of our Site that you viewed during your
visit and any search terms entered on our Site. We use your IP address
to diagnose problems with our servers and software and to administer

document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect
from you and does not address, directly or indirectly, use and disclosure
of information collected by others. For instance, we currently utilize
third party service providers to provide office supplies on-line.
We encourage you to ask questions and to be very cautious before you
disclose your personal information to others. Please refer to the
privacy policies of our third party service providers in order to

may send their cookies to visitors, collect data or solicit personal

of our visitors, others and ourselves.

any Personally Identifiable Information.

time, we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities
to provide Personally Identifiable Information (as well as Non-Personally
Identifiable Information), if we possess any, to the appropriate governmental
authorities. We will disclose such information, if we possess any,
upon receipt of a court order or subpoena or to cooperate with a law
enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement
agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities.
We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities
that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.
5. How can you correct or update your Personally Identifiable Information?
We believe you should have the ability to access and edit the Personally
Identifiable Information that you provide to us. If the Personally
Identifiable Information that you have provided us is incorrect or
changes we encourage you to promptly update your Personally Identifiable
Information by sending us an email at info@jmedia.com.
You may ask to have the contact information that you have submitted
to us deleted. As a security measure we "back up" the data stored

their
privacy policies.

security of the Personally Identifiable Information you voluntarily
submit to us. The importance of security for all Personally Identifiable
Information associated with our visitors is of utmost concern to us.

directly or indirectly, for any loss or damages arising from their
failure to do so.
8. Use of "cookies".
Our Site currently utilizes a standard technology called a "cookie"
to collect information about how our Site is used. A cookie is a small

browser as a previous visitor and thus save and remember any preferences
that may have been set while the user was browsing the site. A cookie
cannot be read by a Web site other than the one that set the cookie.
Cookies can securely store a visitor's password, personalize home
pages, and identify which parts of a site have been visited or keep
track of selections. A cookie cannot retrieve any other data from
your hard drive, pass on a computer virus, or capture your email address.
We use cookies to enhance your visit to our Site and to enable us
to track and target the interests of our visitors. In order to access
certain sections of our Site you shall have the option to accept either
a cookie that will allow you to access these and other related sections

determine what your interests in our products and services are and
how we can better serve you.
Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. If you prefer,
you can reset your browser to notify you when you have received a
cookie, or alternatively, to refuse to accept cookies. It is important

certain features of our Site if you choose not to accept cookies.

third parties. In the odd event that a parent requests to review or
delete Personally Identifiable Information submitted to our Site by
their child under the age of 15 before we have discovered and deleted
such Personally Identifiable Information, then we will of course honor
the request.
